High Standard – We hold to the training of what was handed down, but also incorporate all new training methods to keep the balance and the students well trained and protected from injury.

Situated in Table View Cape Town is the head office .. We have branches across South Africa, as well as in Botswana , Mozambique, Algeria, and India at present.

Shoshinkai is affiliated to KSA and Kokusai ShinBudo Kyokai a International martial arts organization that is home to various arts all seeking to stay on the BUDO path. 

What Does SHOSHIN  Mean 

“Shoshin” is a Japanese term meaning “beginner’s mind” or “eager learner,” and “Kai” means “group” or “association.”

The program emphasizes continuous learning and improvement, by the post’s mention of “training to reach a higher level.” Goju-Ryu Karate is a style that combines hard and soft techniques, focusing on breathing, movement, and self-defense.

Men Women and children have enjoyed the Japanese Goju Ryu classes under the leadership of Peter Klipfel Kyoshi 7th Dan.

Every class is authentic Japanese Goju Ryu traditional karate tuition.
